#ThorsDaySmile – #AmLaughing – #Humor

When I went looking for Thor today, I found him juggling his hammer and two umbrellas. He told me he’s getting ready for the April showers that should be heading along soon, bringing May flowers in their wake. And of course, he insisted I help speed things along by finding some good rain memes. I looked far and wide, folks, but they aren’t nearly as common as dogs and cats, and these were the best I could find. Here’s hoping you get a smile or two, anyway. πŸ˜€

And that’s today’s weather report, folks,
brought to you by the God of Thunder, himself!
Stay dry!

    • In all honestly, we are in a dry spell, too, Olga, and when we finally got a bit of rain yesterday, we were celebrating! We still need more, though, so I’m crossing my fingers. Trouble with Florida is, it’s ALWAYS either drought or monsoon! πŸ˜€ πŸ˜€ πŸ˜€

Thanks for stopping by and I hope you get some rain, soon. πŸ˜€ ❀

    • Glad you enjoyed the jokes, Harmony, and I’m sorry you’ve had gales for days. Why is there never a happy medium, I wonder? πŸ™„ However, it is NOT cold here. We’ve had temps in the 90s already, though the last couple of days have been much nicer, in the mid-70s and breezy. And we finally got a few showers, though we need more. Weather. Can’t live with it, can’t live witho … wait. That makes absolutely no sense at all. Nevermiiiiiind. πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

Thanks for stopping by, my friend, and I do hope spring finally arrives for you. πŸ˜€ ❀

    • Glad you enjoyed them, Jeanne. Thor gave me his thumbs up, too, so I guess if both you and the God of Thunder are happy with these rain memes, my work here is done!

Thanks so much for stopping by today, and here’s wishing you sunny skies ahead!

    • We’ve been plenty dry, Mae. Alas, we are in dire need of more rain, but as I mentioned above, in Florida, it’s always either drought or monsoon. We just aren’t a “happy medium” kinda place, I reckon. We finally got a few scattered showers over the last day or two, but not nearly as much as the parched ground needs. (A happy medium would be nice for a change, but we’ll take what we can get.)

Hope your weather suits you to a tee, my friend, and thanks so much for stopping by! πŸ˜€ ❀

        • They keep hinting at rain, Mae, but we’ve only had a couple of showers in the last day or two. Now south Florida (around Ft. Lauderdale) got hammered and had some flooding, but our yard is parched. Why is it always feast or famine with these things, I wonder? πŸ˜€

I’d rather have rain than fire, though. I’ll be thinking about you and praying nothing like that comes your way! ❀

    • Glad you enjoy that, Nancy. I mostly enjoy watching the rain from inside, while I stay dry, but I imagine a stroll in it could have a certain appeal. Again, when we finally get rain, it tends to be of the torrential, blowing sideways and flooding streets variety, so down here, strolling might be a bit harder. πŸ˜‚

You’re welcome for the chuckles, and thanks for stopping by today! πŸ˜€ ❀

    • Glad you enjoyed this one, Jan, and I loved Marilyn, too. I remember when the photo that inspired that statue was taken. (Man, I’m older than dirt! 😲) Hope your rain is a good one, and not a terrible storm nor a useless drizzle.

Thanks for stopping by today and taking time to let me know you enjoyed these!

    • I’ll send you return wishes that your halt in rain and/or snow lasts for a while, and accept your wishes that our rain returns (in a reasonable amount). 😁 And thanks so much for stopping by and taking a moment to say hello, Denise! πŸ˜€ ❀

    • So glad you enjoyed them, Gwen, and happy to have given you some laughs. Thanks for letting me know, and the Marilyn statue is a hoot, isn’t it? πŸ˜€ ❀

    • Glad you got some chuckles, Teri. We FINALLY got a good, slow soaking last night, rather than a short torrential downpour, which tends to run off into the streets and down down the drains before it can do any real good at all. It appears to be clearing up a bit outside, now, but everything looks much greener out there than it has for the last few weeks. Yay!

Thanks for stopping by and taking a moment to say hello! πŸ˜€ ❀
