You’re very welcome, Sally. Sharing is quick and easy, and hopefully, alerts folks to things they may have missed. I’m happy to do it. And I’m also happy to say that the storm changed course just enough that we weren’t hit at all. Just some heavy rainfall a few times. (We are definitely in our rainy season, anyway, so we’re used to those.) It caused worse problems when it finally crossed Florida to the north of us, and sadly, a man in Jacksonville was killed when a tree fell on his car. Then Elsa tore across Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, and kept on going. (I lost track after that.) But this time around, we were spared, and are very grateful for that. 🙂

Exactly so on both counts. Used to be a margarine commercial, wherein the tagline was “It’s not nice to fool Mother Nature.” I would modify it a wee bit: “It’s not safe to fool with mother nature.” Or to ignore her. 😲

You’re welcome, Diana, and yep. We were spared a visit from Elsa, though others were less fortunate, I’m afraid. Still got a couple more months of hurricane season ahead of us, but I’m hoping we aren’t threatened again this year. Hugs back atcha! 😀 ❤
