#ThorsDaySmile – #AmLaughing – #Humor

Thor is doing his happy dance today, and believe me, it’s quite a sight to behold! He’s delighted that winter is officially here, since–as a Norse god–he appreciates it more than any other season. Yep. He loves snow, though I confess, images of him going sledding or building a snowman just make me snicker. Please don’t tell him I said that, though. He does wield a mighty big hammer, after all. Instead, join me today as I share a whole bunch of icy and snowy memes for your viewing pleasure. (And his.)

And there you have a dozen wintry memes
coming to you from Sunny Florida.

Hope you enjoyed them!

  1. Those are all chuckle-worthy! You have to smile when you see Bob Ross (I know you were lucky enough to spend painting time with him), and I’ve picked up a couple of new ideas for snowmen that I’ll pass on to the younger members of the family. Many thanks, Marcia!

    • Glad you enjoyed these, Trish, and yep … Bob Ross came to my house once (largely because another tv artist, Brenda Harris, was staying with me for a couple of days. I’ll never forget that he was EXACTLY the same man you saw on his show. He came in the front door, and said hello “Little Ladies” and headed straight for my back porch to see the parrots he heard calling. It was a fun day!

Thanks so much for stopping by today and taking a moment to let me know you got some chuckles. Have a great ThorsDay, my friend! πŸ˜€ ❀

    • So glad you enjoyed them, Cathy, and I agree on the your choices. Alas, we don’t get a chance to make funny snow faces on anything down here. Sand just doesn’t work as well.πŸ˜‚

Thanks for stopping by and here’s to a great ThorsDay ahead! πŸ˜€ ❀

    • Haha … the open “moon” roof got my attention, too, Priscilla, and I’m glad you enjoyed the faces on the Jeep and BBQ. Thanks so much for stopping by to let me know you got some laughs, and here’s to a great rest of your ThorsDay! πŸ˜€ ❀

    • Snow is definitely fun at Christmas, Jan. I’ve lived in a couple of northern areas over time, including Alaska, where I spent Christmas when I was twelve, and snow was a big part of it all. BUT … Christmas is fun no matter where you are, once that spirit grabs you, right? So I hope you are enjoying the holiday season with or without those big flakes drifting by the window. Happy Holidays! πŸ˜€ ❀

    • So glad you enjoyed them and that they helped to remind you how much you enjoy living where there’s no snow! Truth to tell, as much as I’d love to visit my daughter again when there’s snow on the ground, I’m glad we don’t have to deal with it every winter. The last few days have been nice and cool, shorts weather, but not blisteringly hot. PERFECT to my mind.

Thanks for stopping by to let me know you got some chuckles from the snowy events above. Happy Holidays, my friend! πŸ˜€ ❀
