As promised last time, here are a few more silly horse memes to give you a smile or two, and to keep our enormous God of Thunder from becoming cranky. (Cranky Thunder Gods are somewhat dangerous to be around, you know.) Hope these give him (and you folks) some laughs.
Love it.
The beautifully marked horse that spells horse! Amazing!

That one’s sorta mind-boggling, isn’t it? (I keep trying to decide if it can possibly be real or not.)
Glad you enjoyed these today, Jackie! And thanks for stopping by to let me know. Have a wonderful ThorsDay! 😀 ❤

You have just reminded me that one of my favourite ponies was called Thor. He was a beautiful black Fell Pony, one of the nine native British breeds of pony, and a favourite breed of Queen Elizabeth II.
Thor had rather a profound effect on my literary career! He belonged to author Bob Orrell, who wrote quite a few books about his amazing life. One was Saddle Tramp in the Lake District, where he followed the ancient pack pony routes with two Fell Ponies, Thor and Lucy.
In my teens, Bob took me and a couple of other young lasses on a four day trek across the Lake District. Bob rode Thor and I had to ride Lucy, who was a bit of a handfull. (She threw me over her head into the middle of a river on my first morning!) He made us keep a diary, then entered our scribblings into a national competition open to all age groups. Mine won second prize! It was my first experience of travel journalling, which became a lifelong habit, and ultimately led to my publishing journey.

Wow, what a great story, Jackie! (Now I have to go Google Fell ponies!) And what a wonderful introduction to travel journaling, too.( I can just picture you flying over the pony’s head to land in the river. 😮) Thanks so much for sharing with us! 🤗❤️🤗

One of the few possessions I regret getting rid of was a small porcelain figurine based on one of Norman Thelwell’s cartoons of a pony that had just dumped its rider in a puddle! My friend bought it for me to commemorate this moment…
It was this one! https://www.pinterest.co.uk/pin/91197961179789088/

Awwww. That is so cute, but I’m sorry it represented a big OOOPS moment for you! Thanks for sharing, and hope your week is off to a great start! 😀 ❤

It is, Marcia. We had a very relaxed Monday after a 6 hour walk on Sunday! I hope you’re having a FAB week too.
The figurine made me laugh! Thankfully, Lucy and I learned to love each other after that first morning, and I manged to stay aboard for the rest of the trek! 🙂

The pilates instructor, haha! My goodness, that pinto is beautiful!

Glad you got some laughs, Vera, and I agree that the pinto is beautiful, even if the markings spell out “horse.” What I’d like to know is if it’s been photoshopped or if that’s real.
Thanks so much for stopping by today and hope you have a Happy ThorsDay! 😀 ❤

The image of the rider being thrown by the horse is an awesome image capture! Hopefully, the rider wasn’t hurt much. The pleasingly plump horse is adorable. And, how did the horse on the ball manage that? 🙂

I agree on the rider being thrown by the horse. That’s downright scary, and looks like it would HURT, big time. I agree on the pleasingly plump horse and the horse on the ball, too. It was fun finding all these images, and I’m glad you enjoyed the post. Thanks so much for stopping by to let me know. 😀 ❤

I have no idea on the horse that spells out “horse.” I can’t imagine it being real, but it’s a darn good image, even if it’s Photoshopped. Glad you loved the smoochie horse, and thanks so much for stopping by to let me know, Yvette! 😀 ❤

I love horses, but have never owned one; I do know they take more work to look after than I imagined when I was a child. My granddaughter is getting on very well with riding lessons and my daughter-in-law decided to take up riding again. Then we heard that my D-in-L was doing an on line course on horse massage, we didn’t even know that was ‘a thing’, well only in top racing stables. Anyway, she is getting on well obtaining clients and according to the photos all the horse seem to be very well behaved.

Horse massage, huh? Nope … can’t say I ever heard of that, either, but I’m no expert on horses, that’s for sure.
Thanks for stopping by today, Janet, and I hope you got some smiles from a few of things. 😀 ❤

Glad you enjoyed them, John. I had fun searching for good ones. Almost gave up, but Thor was having a conniption fit, so I kept looking until I had enough. 😀 😀 😀

As an ex horse owner I loved them. The blacksmith on was a favorite.

I liked that one, too. Roundest looking horse I ever saw, though I’m guessing that’s really NOT a farrier she’s carrying. 😁
