#ThorsdaySmile – #AmLaughing – #Humor

As we all know by now, the God of Thunder is persnickety as all get-out about the memes I share on Thorsday. What you may not have know is, he can go from picky, picky, picky to not giving a hoot in about three seconds flat. Today was one of those days, and left to my own devices, I decided to hunt down a few funny signs to share with you. Hope you find a snicker or two in the bunch!  😁

There.
Some Signs of the Times to
brighten your day.
Hope you enjoyed them!

  1. Top of the range, Marcia! I loved the homing pigeon one, I DID read the top line wrong, and I’m with Yvetter on the spider web! Many thanks for a joyful start to the day. šŸ˜€ ā¤ šŸ˜€

    • SO glad you enjoyed these, Trish. They all made me laugh for one reason or another. And I read the top line wrong, too. Our brains automatically correct typos like that. (Wish they would do so in our manuscripts, too!)

Thanks for stopping by and have a great Thor’sDay! šŸ˜€ ā¤

        • Alas, we read what we know we meant, instead of what our fingers actually typed.

I’m hoping to find time to re-edit all my books again, just to clean up a few things that slipped by. But for now, I’d rather spend what time & energy I have in telling at least one more story. 😊

          • That sounds like an excellent plan! I’m hoping that all this following of your doctor’s orders is making a difference and that you’ll soon be able to get back to a more normal routine again.

            • Thanks, Trish. I’m hoping the same thing, but won’t know anything until September, unless they get some cancellations in the final imaging he wants to do. *sigh* Oh, well. I have plenty to keep me busy until then, when we will reassess and I will find out what activities I should continue limiting. I’m guessing gardening in the already excessive heat down here is going to be a big no-no, but hopefully, I’ll be able to give a few talks now and then. I really miss them!

    • Thanks, Olga. I have to keep the big guy with the hammer happy, you know, so I look far and wide for these things. šŸ˜‚Glad you enjoyed today’s selection, and thanks so much for stopping by to let me know. Have a great day! šŸ˜€ ā¤

    • It’s almost impossible to find a whole page full of “funnies” and have them ALL be new for you, Jeanne. I try, but you really are wide-read in this field. I’m always happy just to know I found a couple you didn’t beat me to. šŸ˜‚šŸ˜‚šŸ˜‚SO glad you got a new laugh or two today, for sure, and thanks for letting me know. Have a great rest of your day, and hopefully with plenty more laughs along the way. šŸ˜€ ā¤

    • Thanks, Nancy. Glad you liked these, and I agree on the spider web/cardio emergency one. *shudder*

Hope the laughs stay with you all day long, and thanks for stopping by today! šŸ˜€ ā¤

  2. OMG! These are great, Marcia. I laughed at each one. It’s hard to pick a favorite, but I like the cows in the pasture (cuz I’m a farm girl) and the unattended children (cuz I’m the mother of 4 and remember those days well). Have an incredibly wonderful day, my friend! šŸ¤—ā¤ļøšŸ¤—

    • So glad you enjoyed the signs, Gwen, and I loved both of those, too. Thanks hugely for stopping by and taking the time to let me know you got some laughs. Now, keep smiling all day long, if you can. Smiles make everything better! šŸ˜€ ā¤

    • I suspect most of us did, Priscilla. Our brain fixes typos for us, which is fine in some cases, but not when it’s in your manuscript! šŸ˜€ Thanks for stopping by and have a great rest of your day! šŸ˜€ ā¤
