Glad you enjoyed it, Darlene! It makes perfect sense to me, too. 😀 ❤

Good idea, Marcia… why didn’t I think of that?

Sometimes the best ideas are the simplest ones, aren’t they? Glad you enjoyed this one, ladies! 😀 ❤

Great advice! Nothing like a change of perspective to help you out.

Exactly, Jeanne! If it ain’t workin’, try something else! (Seems so simple, but sometimes we just keep banging our heads against the that same wall, don’t we?)
😀 ❤

Good advice, Marcia! Love the header photo. Is that in North Carolina?

So glad you agree with Granny, Joan. Ya gotta wonder why it often takes us so long to realize it’s time to try a new approach!
And yup, that’s a shot of my beautiful North Carolina mountains. Those ancient hills just roll on and on. It’s my favorite place in the world, and I’m pretty sure Wake-Robin Ridge is near this spot. (Within a short drive, at the very least!) 😁

LOL. Did you make that one up? It’s great, Marcia. And I’ve learned to do that (most of the time). When nothing goes right and I still try to go right, it’s usually a really bad idea. 🙂 Thanks for the wisdom, Granny.

I wish I could take credit for it, Diana, but I saw it online (without attribution, or I’d have added that). I couldn’t resist sharing because we are often SO determined to keep on trying the same thing over and over, and expecting different results. There comes a point when we need to accept that what we’re doing isn’t working and move on to Plan B. Hopefully this will remind folks that it’s OKAY to do so! 😊

It’s sometimes a hard lesson, but worth remembering!

The wrapper on a Dove chocolate I ate today said the same thing, Marcia – good advice.

How funny, Teri! I’m still wondering where the saying originated, but regardless, I agree it’s pretty good advice! 😀 ❤

Another great one! There’s a fine line between being determined and plain stubborn. It’s recognising when it’s time to change tack. I might add this one to the others on the wall next to me. ❤ ❤ ❤

Glad this one resonated with you, Trish. And I think you’ve nailed it. I’ve read that the definition of stupid is to keep doing exactly the same thing over and over, while expecting a different outcome. Same theory, I do believe! 😀 ❤
