    • Happy to have given you a laugh today, Gwen. Steven Wright is probably my favorite comedian of all time. Unless it was Bob Newhart. Both deadpan, and so darn funny!!! 😁

    • I seldom visit You Tube (hearing issues, you know) but for Steven Wright, I just might make an exception. He was SUCH a favorite of mine back in the day, I’d really enjoy seeing that totally deadpan delivery of his. Glad you enjoyed this one, Teri. Thanks for stopping by.

    • I know exactly what you mean, my friend. Even with my sudden 34-pound weight drop two years ago (on top of 30 more that had been lost over many months for a total lossof 64!), I’m still never going to see “narrow” in this lifetime! 😂😂😂

        • The first 30 were great, Trish. Lost them slowly and carefully. The second 34 fell off in three weeks, and left enough loose skin flapping around that I dare not go out in a heavy wind, for fear I’ll end up parasailing all over the greater Orlando area! URK!!! It wasn’t intentional, and it was way too fast to be healthy, so I highly recommend against it. Weight loss is one of those times when “slow and steady” works MUCH better. 😆

But at least I’ve kept it off, so whether I look older now or now, I’m healthier. And besides. Who doesn’t look old by the time they can see 80 coming over the horizon? 😉 I’m just happy to still be here! 😊 ❤

  1. Oh, this cracked me up, Marcia! I’m 5’9″ and have always been self-conscious about my height because I tend to be surrounded by shorter people (both women and men), but THIS just gave me a whole new perspective. I’d rather be tall than wide, for sure! LOL! 🙂

    • Glad you enjoyed it, Yvette, and btw, I used to have 2″ on you, but I’ve shrunk a little. Now I’m just over 5’10”. I’ve always loved being tall, but becoming overweight, not so much so! 😉 Definitely think width is scarier! 😄💖
