Another one of Granny’s gems. Life does move on and you’ll never know what you’re missing if you don’t have a look!
I hope you’re well and that you’ve made a gentle start on your Santas! ❤ ❤

Glad you enjoyed Granny’s gem of the day, Trish. After all, nothing ventured, nothing gained. (I made that up! 😂😂😂) I’m down to the tiny guest bathroom tree, and then I’ll be finished with the Christmas decorations. Probably. 😀 ❤

Glad you think so, Jeanne. These days, I worry we are possibly inclined to be too cautious, which is just as bad as being too rash. Granny thought a reminder might help. 😀 ❤

Yes tell her. Better to move a head than end up in a heap.

Granny said “Right on, John!” (She’s a wee bit behind the times with her slang and such, but I’m sure you get her meaning.) 😂

I get it. Tell Granny her comment was fire.

Listen to Granny! She’s probably done both. She’s chosen to move on and she’s stayed locked in the past. She most regrets not taking a chance in the unknown more often! 🙂

My, you do know Granny very well, Nancy! 😁In her long, long life, she’s had plenty of opportunities to give both of those approaches a try. (Or two.) Taking a chance is definitely her favorite option, and the one she recommends most often. 😀 ❤

Excellent wisdom from Granny. Of course, there’s the third alternative to life going on, and and we’ll all end up there eventually. Might as well take chances and live it up until then. 🙂

I agree, Diana. We always think we have plenty of time to do things we’ve longed to do, or visit people we don’t see often enough, and so forth. Truth is, there’s NEVER really enough time to see and do everything we’d like to, so we’d best get a move on while we still can. Living it up sounds good to me! 😀 ❤
