I once gave a co-worker a phone number with a message that said, ask for Mr. G. Raffe. She called, it was the number for the zoo. LOL!!

My principal came into my class and very seriously told the students that she had heard from the district that school was going to be a week longer than expected because of COVID. The kids’ eyes looked like they were going to pop out of their heads. Lol! Then, she said, “April Fools!” It was fantastic! 🙂

Overall, I think that’s my favorite one! Though the “what year is it?” one runs a close second! Either way, I’d want a camera nearby to catch everyone’s expression. (Take pictures of folks looking sick while you eat your “mayonnaise.” 😂
