  1. Absolutely LOVE this quote, Marcia! It reminds me of one of the ant movies (A Bug’s Life or Antz, can’t remember). One of the characters says something to the point of – It may not look like a lot, but it’s my lot in life. It stuck with me because it reminds me that we get to choose how we see ourselves and our lives. Thanks for sharing, Marcia! 🙂

    • Yep. As one of my favorite singers of all time (Jimmy Buffet) said, “make the best of a bad situation, it’s ’bout all you can do.” And sometimes he’s right. We can’t always change the hand we’ve been dealt but we can learn how to live with it and move on. Without whingeing. Or whining, as we say over here across the pond. 😄
