Going to be a quiet one this year, Gwen, with just Mark and I, but I am roasting a small turkey, and fixing a few of our favorite treats. We’ll enjoy our day of relaxing, something we both needed to take some time for. It was quiet, but nice. I went ahead and cooked a small turkey and our favorite trimmings, and we enjoyed the day, being grateful for all our blessings. (And the best thing is, I don't have to cook anything else for the next couple of days! 😁😁😁)
