#MondayMeme – #amlaughing – #writing

Been a long time since #MondayMeme focused on writing related humor or tips, and I figured we’re overdue.  So, here you go! Enjoy! 😀

And one more, especially for my Penderpal, Mae Clair!
😄

That’s all until next time, Folks.
Hope you found a couple of grins in the bunch!

    • Glad you enjoyed them, Jeanne, and I love that first one, too. I figured the Loki one would resonate with a lot of folks, too, particularly Mae. Though now that she’s into NaNoWriMo, don’t know if she’ll see it or not. Still, his expression is perfect for the message. 😀 ❤

    • Ha! As the chief cook and catnip provider for four cats, myself, I know just what you mean, Teri! I do love that one, too. Happily only one of my cats bothers to jump up on my desk now and then, but even once can be enough. I can no longer have a rose from my garden anywhere near my workspace, unless I like having to spend a great deal of time drying my keyboard. And my mouse. And my notebook. And my cell phone. (The list goes on, but I’m pretty sure you get the idea. 😁)

Glad you enjoyed these today, Teri, and found one that resonates with you. 😀 ❤

  1. Some real gems here, Marcia! That top one had me chuckling and the chuckles kept going through the others. I’m a fan of Loki, too. He steals a scene and gives it a delicious edge! 😀 ❤

    • Oh, be sure you tell Mae that when she returns from NaNoWriMo. She’s a real, diehard Loki fan. Me, well, I think it’s no secret that I’m totally in Camp Thor where these two are concerned. 😊

So glad you enjoyed these, Trish. I had fun picking them out! 😀 ❤

      • Interestingly enough, he was “meh” at best as a character for me in the Marvel Universe (but his lines and the actor…so good). There were others I liked way more. Thor. Dr. Strange. Hawkeye. The list goes on. It wasn’t until I watched Loki that I became a huge fan of his. It’s a fantastic show.

        • Loki’s a show now? Like, on tv? Can you tell I don’t watch tv at all? Can’t remember the last time I actually watched a regular tv show or movie or the like. Partly because my hearing stinks and the closed captioning is so often lousy. But mostly because I don’t have much spare time, and what I do have, I choose to spend reading. (Especially since I found out it’s the Number 1 way to keep our brains active as we age, according to the Alzheimer’s Association, and something I’m very concerned about.)

My only exposure to Loki (other than in books, where I find his character very interesting) is in the two Thor movies I watched right after they came out. In fact, I do think the second one was the last movie I’ve seen. But I do agree that Loki is a complex character in literature and mythology. And he manages to be so without the need of a big hammer. 😄😄😄
