#NotesFromTheRiver – Florida Panther Part 2

This week’s #NotesFromTheRiver post continues with our look at Florida’s State Animal, the Florida Panther, a subspecies of the western cougar. Hope some of you will check it out, even if only for the photos. And please share, if you have time. THANKS!

  1. Meow…hmm I don’t think they sound like that.

I wanted to say thank you so much. The last month I have been in the hospital so I haven’t been able to blog or read any blogs at all but your books came that I ordered and I swear those are the only things that kept me sane. I find it very difficult to sit idle without something to read and these books kept me engaged and relaxed.
You are so talented, beyond words.
I read Wake-Robin Ridge, A Boy Named Rabbit and Harbinger and I am almost done with Swamp Ghosts. I have one more in my pocession which is Finding Hunter.

Again I just wanted to say Thank You!

    • Hi, Open! What a great comment to find just before heading to bed (with a good book, of course). Thank you so much for such kind words. It would be great to hear coming from anyone, but it is especially nice to think my books helped you stay sane during your enforced lack of communication with the outside world. I’m so pleased they were a help to you. (I’d have been bored witless, too!) And I’m very happy that you enjoyed them. Hope you will enjoy Finding Hunter, too, and there is now a 3rd one in that series, That Darkest Place. Each book in Riverbend is quite a bit different from the others, as I have a WHOLE town full of eccentric people to play with. πŸ˜€ I’m working on a Riverbend spinoff novella right now, and hope to start the 4th book with Rabbit and family when that’s done. Maybe you’ll be able to read those from the comfort of your own home!

Thanks again for letting me know how much you enjoyed the books. When you have time and feel up to it, I’d LOVE for you to consider leaving reviews on Amazon. (That’s how new readers find us, so we authors, especially independent ones, LOVE reviews! It helps us pay the bills. :D)

Have a great evening, and hope to see you visiting here again. ❀

Looking forward to hearing what YOU think! NOTE: If in doubt about leaving comments on this blog, please read the privacy statement in the menu at the top of the page.
