There’s no better way to start the day than to find someone sharing your latest book, and Sally Cronin is doing just that today. Check out her post on both That Darkest Place and on author Shehanne Moore. Sally ROCKS! And please share her post while you are there, so others can find both Shehanne’s books, and mine. Ahh. Life is good! 🙂

Lovely to be featured alongside you xxx

Thanks, Shehanne! It’s a great way to start off the week, isn’t it? And I love that she does two at a time. That way, we can learn the latest about each other, too. Gotcha on my TBR list now, for sure! 🙂

My cover designer (and very good friend) Nicki Forde, is a graphics GODDESS! Of all my covers, which I adore, this one is my very favorite. It just says exactly what I wanted it to. So glad you like it. 🙂

Hi, Beth! It was a lucky day for me when I met Nicki through GardenWeb, and NOT just because she’s now my cover designer. She’s been the very best kind of friend, and we’ve shared a lot of wonderful times together. And now that I’m writing (largely because of HER urging), she’s so in tune with how I think that all I have to do is tell her what I’m imagining, and she gets it at once. Then she improves on it. Like the broken windshield in this cover. I wanted a way to show at a glance that something really bad had happened, and left behind terrible grief and guilt. And she took the idea and gave me this. She’s a genius!
So glad you have enjoyed what you’ve read so far, and I can’t wait to see what you think of this one. It touches on difficult subjects, some of which I’ve had personal experience with, and kept me in an emotional state for almost the whole year it took to write it. Next, a shorter project: Gabe: A Riverbend Novella. (About Gabe Angelino, from Finding Hunter.)
Always great to see you here! 🙂
