#CentralFloridasFabulousWildlife Presentation – The American Alligator

Baby American Alligator (Alligator mississippiensis)

For those of you in the central Florida area next Saturday, July 14, 2018, I will be doing a slide show presentation on the American Alligator at 1:00pm, at the Enterprise Heritage Museum, 360 Main Street, Enterprise.  Free, no reservations required. Call (386) 259-5900 for directions to the museum.

If you’ve ever wanted to know the difference between alligators and crocodiles, how many crocodilians there are in the world, or exactly what a gharial is, now’s your chance to see for yourself. And if you’ve never visited this little museum–a lovingly restored 1930s era schoolhouse–you really should check it out.

Again, the presentation is free (though the museum gratefully accepts donations at the door) and is chock-full of fun and interesting information, along with loads of pictures. There will be plenty of time built in for questions and answers, and I will be available afterward to sign books and chat.

Hope to see your smiling face there!

NOTE: Time in Flyer is Incorrect. Program starts at 1:00 PM

#CFFW – #DeBaryHall Wildlife Presentation

If you are in the area this coming Saturday, 2/10/18, I will be at DeBary Hall, presenting the first of my series, “Central Florida’s Fabulous Wildlife,” featuring the area’s most famous–or infamous–animal, the American Alligator. The presentation starts at 1:00pm. I have lots of information and a ton of great slides to share with you. Join us for what I hope will be the first of many entertaining, interesting, and informative wildlife talks. And there will be plenty of time for Questions and Answers, too.

The event is FREE, no reservation required. All you have to do is show up prepared to enjoy yourself. 🙂

Hope to see YOUR smiling face in the audience!
