Okay, before I get in trouble here, let me just say that since I’ve had breakthrough COVID twice and I’ve been left to cope with residual Long COVID symptoms, I know COVID is not a joke. But Thor has reminded me that sometimes the best way to get through bad situations is to attack them with humor (in addition to a hefty hammer)! So with that in mind, here are some memes that made me laugh about this situation we are still finding ourselves dealing with. Hope some of you can find a chuckle or two, as well.
And there you have my attempts
at finding the humor in this wretched pandemic!
Hope some of you found one or two chuckles
amidst the hideous truth of it all.
Loved it!

You are very welcome, Crea. By this time of the week, I think most of us can use a good laugh, and I’m glad you enjoyed these. Thanks so much for stopping by to let me know. Now keep on smiling! 😀 ❤

Brilliant! Loved these, Marcia, and I think we can all identify with the kernel of truth in all of these and laugh at them. Long Covid’s no joke but at least there’s light at the end of that tunnel and I suspect you’re having more robust days now amongst the extreme fatigue ones. ❤ 😀 ❤

So glad you enjoyed these, Trish, and yes, I THINK my bad days are getting less severe and there are more good days between them now than there were a month ago. I hope that’s a sign they’ll soon disappear! I purely HATE wasting my time on lost days! These memes reminded me that if you look hard enough, you can find something to laugh about in almost any situation.
Thanks so much for stopping by this morning and letting me know these worked for you. 😀 ❤

I’m so sorry you’ve had to struggle with covid for months and months, Marcia. I don’t know if I’d be able to find amusement as you have. Reading your funnies, I thought of my friend in Branson. She had her husband cut her hair multiple times, and he had no prior experience. Now that’s love or maybe craziness, but this was during the lockdown – and the two had great fun in the process. ❤️🤗❤️

Your friend is a brave soul, Gwen. I wouldn’t let MY husband near me with a sharp, pointy implement, and I don’t mean just during the trials and tribulations of isolation, either. 😂😂😂 But I do understand about the haircut situation. My hair is just ghastly, and though I trim around the edges a bit, I REALLY need a professional to put it back the way I prefer to wear it. I’m hoping to work up the nerve to let someone get that close to me soon. 😮Thankfully, I don’t still have the virus, though. Just the recurring symptoms, fatigue being the worst. I think the bouts are getting farther and farther apart, and gradually becoming milder. Fingers crossed.
Hope you got some smiles from these. They sure helped me remember that I’m still HERE, and I can deal with this annoying Long COVID until it’s beaten into submission and sent on its way. Thanks for stopping by today and for your kind words, as always. 😀 ❤

So glad you enjoyed them, Jeanne. Finding them helped me to remember to be grateful I survived two rounds with COVID, and to be patient about the Long COVID recurring symptoms. At least I’m not contagious, and I do think the bouts of fatigue, etc, are getting farther and farther apart and not are not as severe as they were. Yay!
Thanks for stopping by this morning, and I hope your chuckles carry you through the day! 😀 ❤

OMG. The Halloween one cracked me up, Marcia. I guess serial killers were way ahead of the rest of us. Lol. Thanks for the laughs!

😂😂😂 It would seem that way, Diana! I enjoyed finding each of these, but that one and the Star Trek one were my faves, I think. Maybe. 😁
Glad you got a laugh this morning, my friend! Thanks for stopping by and I hope you keep smiling all day long! 😀 ❤

I agree 100%, John. I don’t know how people with no sense of humor even survive in this world! 🤔I look for things to laugh about all day long, though I do admit, some days are a challenge. Still … if it’s out there somewhere, I’ll find it and LAUGH about it. 😂
Thanks for stopping by today, and I hope you found a couple that made you grin. 😊

That’s for sure, Priscilla. Otherwise, we’d all go crazy. That’s my fave too, I think, along with the Social Distancing since 1978 one. Glad you got some laughs today, and thanks for stopping by to let me know! 😀 ❤

So glad they made you laugh too, Jan. I really enjoyed picking them out. And like I told John, I don’t know how folks with no sense of humor survive in this world. Laughing saves our sanity! 😁
Thanks for stopping by to say hello, and enjoy your Friday and the upcoming weekend! 😀 ❤
