    • Thanks, Donna! It’s always glorious to go out on the river, so I look forward to every opportunity, especially if the group includes a book club. Readers AND nature? What could be better? Hoping for a cooler day than this past week, so I don’t have to wear an ice pack around my neck! 😀 We’re going to have fun, though, I’m sure. 😀 ❤

    • Me, too, Robbie. It would be loads of fun to have you along, sharing the river with us. Beautiful birds, alligators along the shore, a manatee or two along the way–it’s always fun, and you never know what you’ll see! I’ll try to get some good pictures to share here. 🙂 ❤

    • Wish you could come, Miriam. The boat is perfect–very steady, nice shady canopy, cooler of cold water on hand, and friendly folks to chat with. Doug gives a great presentation, too, identifying birds we spot and talking about the habitat in general, plus a bit of history woven in, as well. It’s a great tour, and I’m so happy he lets me be part of it now and then! 🙂 ❤

      • I would love Doug’s talk. By having my hummingbird family around year round, I’ve developed the interest to know more about hummingbirds. I have other birds in my garden and had nests with eggs hatched. But they came and had gone. The hummingbirds stay. 🙂

    • It would be lovely to have you along, Boundless! And the river would greet you with all the things you enjoy most in life–nature, wild and scenic beauty, interesting animals, and a tranquil afternoon’s pleasure. 🙂 ❤

    • Nothing I love better than being out on the river, Staci, and having readers along just makes it even better! So far, it’s always been fun. You never know what cool things you’ll get to see, plus I have a signing after we return to the dock, and that’s always fun, too. Win/win! 😀 Wish you could come! 😀 ❤
