Finding Hunter is my personal favorite of all my books, to date, and it was absolutely lovely to discover this beautiful review from Staci Troilo this morning. I’m sharing it with you guys, because 1) I can’t help myself, and 2) Deb told me I could! ๐ Hope you enjoy it, and please pass it along. And if you’ve read FH and haven’t left a review yet, please consider doing so. It would make Hunter feel so good! ๐
In Book 2 of the Riverbend Series, Marcia Meara, author of Wake-Robin Ridge, A Boy Named Rabbit, and Harbinger, takes a look at the devastating effects of a family torn apart by a horrific tragedy, pitting brother against brother, and focusing on battling PTSD with the redemptive power of unwavering love and support.
Before, I never thought about taking a life.

And stops.

Thanks, Mae! I was so happy to see this today. There’s nothing like the sense of validation you get from a good review, is there? *happy sigh* ๐ โค

See? I listen to what you say! Mostly. Okay, sometimes. ๐ Hope you do get to check FH out for yourself, but don’t forget to read Swamp Ghosts, first. FH can work as a standalone, but it’s better if you read them in order. And the Painter brothers were introduced in SG. Of course, as characters do, they morphed a bit as they moved into their own books. ๐ Creative morphing. It’s kinda like creative license, only more character-oriented. ๐

I love your descriptions Marsh! I know we’re kindred spirits because we’re both such animated personalities. ๐ โค
