Just thought I’d give us a new look for a bit. A reminder that when the weather warms up, our readers head to the beach, hopefully with one of our books! 🙂 Enjoy the view! 🙂

Yes, yes. I think the title of the book the lady is reading looks like Finding Hunter…or was it Shadows of the Past? Both, I imagine.
Thanks and have a peaceful weekend!

Hahaha! I think you could be right, Carmen. One or the other, surely. And all the rest of our group’s books are tucked in her beach bag, to be read as her vacation week goes on. 😀

Absolutely! She won’t know what she is missing if she doesn’t read these books.

It’s just started raining here – again! Oh, for a beach day 🙂

Do you like pina coladas, and taking walks in the rain? If so, you’d like beaches in the rain, too. My favorite thing. Nights are good, too. (I don’t do sun!) 🙂

Yes to the pina coladas but no to walks in the rain. I lke sun. Unfortunately, living in Scotland means I don’t see it as often as I’d like 🙂

Having had bits and pieces of me whittled away due to more skin cancers than I want to think about, the sun and I are NOT friends. 😯 I could do Scotland just fine, I think, though I confess, a sunny day is beautiful to LOOK at. From the window. 😀 Maybe we should trade?

I wouldn’t mind trading for a while! I have to say, though, that when the sun does shine here there is nowhere in the world more beautiful than Scotland. And because we have lots of rain it is very green.

Every photo I’ve ever seen of Scotland speaks to me. Give me lots of green hills, misty days, shaggy highland cattle, and …ready?…men in kilts, and I think I could be very happy! 😀

While your at it, can you remind the weather that it’s supposed to be spring lol.

I’ve been trying to do just that, but probably not for the reason YOU are asking about. Here, it’s already 90 degrees out, and I’ve got the a/c running full blast. I really do not like the heat! Spring, fall, and winter are all fine with me. Summer…NOT SO MUCH! But the beach IS pretty! 🙂

Loving the new look. Take me away Calgon. 🙂

I don’t change the header on this blog nearly as often as I did on Bookin’ It, my review blog. I used to do that weekly. 🙂 Just for fun. But now and then, I think this one needs a fresh look for a while, too. Beach reads were on my mind, so, voila. A Calgon moment!
