  1. I do worry, sometimes, at the bureaucracy that insists on notices such as in the 2nd, 4th and 6th of these. And that Spider Farm/Nuclear Power Plant sign may prevent me sleeping tonight. As for Hawkeye, I love all three of them!

    • Yeah, those 3 are something, all right. I didn’t even know smoking underwater was POSSIBLE. 😯 Glad you got a smile or two, Trish, even if some of them were rather worrisome! 😀

    • Glad you enjoyed them, Yvette. Yeah, that bathroom sign is a puzzler, eh? Someone is going to actually have to write REAL words under the totally useless pictures! 😀 Then again, I haven’t worn a dress or skirt in several decades, so I’d be at a loss, too. 😀

    • I know. The spider farm is hilarious, even though the very thought gives me nightmares. Eeeeep. And I’m with you at smoking underwater. I sort of thought Mother Nature would take care of that problem on her own. 😀

    • I’m with you, Gwen. I guess I’d have just kept walking until I tripped over the metal railing, and ran headlong into the giant POLE on the other side! 😀 Glad you got a chuckle or two today, my friend! 😀

    • Hahaha. Yeah, giant mutant spiders are the stuff of nightmares, all right. While all three Hawkeyes could be the stuff of much sweeter dreams, even though #1 had me traveling to North Carolina to meet of with a group of LoTM fans for years. We had guests from the movie visit with us, too, including Wes Studi (Magua) and Eric Schweig (Uncas). And reenactors. And behind the scenes tours of Biltmore Manor. And SO MUCH FUN!! I may just have to chronicle some of those unbelievable days sometime. Yep. Hawkeye #1 for me, thanks. 😀

    • You are very welcome, my Penderpal. I have to have one funny post each week. Seriously. I have to. I think it’s a law or something, isn’t it? Or maybe I’m just genetically coded to provide Comic Relief whenever possible. 😀 Happy Thor’s Day!! 😀

    • I loved M.A.S.H., too, and especially Alan Alda as Hawkeye. He’s my second fave in this meme, but I’m not sure we can call him the “original” one, since LoTM was written in 1826. Hmmm. Thinking here. 😀 At any rate, I’m glad you got some giggles, Sue. 😀 And we have a plethora of Hawkeyes to admire. 😀

    • Honestly, I’m SO glad they warned folks walking along there. Otherwise, they’d have tripped over the empty railing and slammed face first into that pole. *Snort!* 😀 Glad you got some laughs, Jan. Thanks for letting me know! 🙂
