Me, Except skinnier. And without the silver hair.
But otherwise, ME.
π
Been losing my connection, including WiFi, off and on all morning. I’m hoping this just means Spectrum is working in the neighborhood somewhere. But should I disappear for a day or two, the reason would be computer woes. Hopefully, this will be sorted before the day is done. I’m LOST without my computer and the ability to get online. Wish me luck! πΒ
Marcia, That is always a real pain. Hope it works itself out soon. Hugs

Good luck! I hope they get the issue fixed. It’s very frustrating to have wanky internet service. We rely on it too much.

Thanks, Darnell, and I agree 100%. I go into total Panic Mode when my computer acts up! π

That’s such a pain. Ours does that often.

Ours is relatively stable–until it isn’t! π― I think they may have been doing some work in the neighborhood, but it seems to be back now. Fingers crossed! π

Thanks, Debby! Happens to all of us now and then, I’m sure. Boy, it really throws my day for a loop, though. GAH! So glad it seems to be back, knock wood. π

Maybe the storms are interrupting service?

Yesterday was HOT (92 degrees) and non-stop sun, so that wasn’t it this time. I really thought it was a problem with my computer, itself, but it seems Spectrum may have been working in the neighborhood. Hopefully, they are finished and gone now. π

Personally, I am sick to my back teeth with crashing, malfunctioning PCs. Dodgy connections and all the eternal tinkering. I’m too old for all this agrivation…

Aw, I’m sorry you have such bad service. Normally, I don’t have to deal with very much of that (knock on wood), but this time, I believe they were doing some necessary repairs/upgrades in our neighborhood. All the issues went away. So far! π Good thing, too. A second day might have pushed me right over the edge! π π π (Never a pretty sight!) π

Hope things get sorted, Marcia. I’ve been havnig different problems with emails going directly to recipiens’ spam boxes. These are people I’ve emailed often without problems and now suddenly they are not receiving my emails. Plus, comments I leave on blogs are not appearing sometimes.

OH, gosh! That would be annoying! I hope it gets sorted out, and the internet starts treating you better. I love technology as a general thing. When it works, it’s so great. When it doesn’t, it’s so not!
My problems seem to have healed themselves, and I hope yours do, too. Soon! π β€

Good luck. A storm knocked out our router on Saturday evening. I was having withdrawals until hubs went to Walmart for a new one.

Oh, boy! I know just how you felt, and I’m so glad your husband was able to take care of the problem. It’s awful to be cutoff like that, isn’t it? I mean, even if you aren’t a person who’s big on social media, as a writer, you need to be able to connect when necessary. Heck, I spend almost as much time researching as I do writing. Not having access to Google is sheer torture to me. π― Glad you are up and running, and hopefully, I am, too. π β€

You would be astounded at how often my fingers type Marica before my brain kicks in. π And if I were up at 5:20 AM, I doubt my brain would even notice it! π Hope all is well now. β€

Thanks, Pam, and ain’t that the truth. Frustration was my middle name yesterday, for sure. But it’s all over now–so far! π Hopefully, smooth sailing will be the order of the day. I have a LOT of catching up to do. π
