Long rambles under scarlet flushed trees

on days growing cool

leaves crunching underfoot

Warmth radiating from a steaming mug

of cocoa or tea

cradled while perusing a good book

A thick wedge of pumpkin pie

blooming with flowers

of whipped cream

Gathering holidays of family and friends

and the walls

echoing with laughter
