WHAT? You aren’t allowed to get sick. I’m pretty sure it’s a rule. In the meantime, rest up and get better so you can ring in the new year from an upright position!

Thanks, everyone. I wish I could say I’m better today, but sadly, it isn’t true. I’m giving myself through tomorrow, and then calling the doctor. I’ve had a flu shot, but I’ve read the vaccine isn’t as effective this year as usual. And we are in an epidemic, practically, here in central Florida. 904 reported cases in the last week, compared to 200 in the same time period last year. 😦 I’m hanging in there, though pretty worn out from coughing non-stop. But I’ll get past it and be back here soon!!
In the meantime, Happy New Year, everyone! And no worries, Ned. I can’t breathe lying down, so I’ll definitely be upright to ring in the New Year. Maybe not fully conscious, but upright. 😉
