My pleasure, Ned. I did tell you that you only use the meat from the gator tail in that stuffing, right? Though you CAN use the webbed feet as a lovely garnish. 🙂

Thank you, Patty! And to you, as well. Came home from Nicki’s with plenty of leftovers, so just finished sliced turkey heated in gravy, and my favorite, mashed potato pancakes, browned in butter. Ummmm. Now I’m all Fat & Happy. 😀
