To make up for being gone so long, I’m taking you on a short photo tour today. Enjoy!!

Inspiration can come from anywhere or anyone.
I’m inspired by lush habitat and scenery.
Wekiva River – Dark and Mysterious
I’m equally inspired by wildlife and birds.
Prothonotary Warbler
Little Blue Heron and White Ibis
Purple Gallinule

Baby alligators, last year’s and newer hatchlings.
Not such a baby, this time.
Sometimes I’m inspired by things I’ll probably never see in the wild.

Albino alligator. Wanna dance?
Blue-eyed Leucistic Alligator (My inspiration for Big Blue, in Swamp Ghosts)
Inspiration! It’s all around us!
All we have to do is open our eyes and unstop our ears.
😀

Inspiring, that’s certain. Stunning photographs. Thank YOU.

Glad you enjoyed them, Let’s. I do love the rivers and wildlife in central Florida, so I wanted to be sure my Florida series refers back to those things, often. It may not be my beloved mountains, but it is a habitat unique to this part of the world, and filled with wonders enough to inspire anyone! 🙂

You’re welcome, Linda. Hope you enjoyed them. We had a very nice Valentine’s Day (our 30th anniversary). Mark got a new clock for his ever growing collection. (Tick, tick, tick…our house sounds like the opening moments of 60 Minutes!)
And I got a beautiful piece of Roseville art deco pottery for my very small, non-ticking collection. 30 years is traditionally the Pearl anniversary, but that didn’t appeal to either of us. We’re such REBELS! hahahah
