I’d have loved one of those ‘Welcome Solicitors’ signs, back when I lived on a regular street!
Now we live up a half mile of rough farm track, and right in the middle of a farm, we don’t get unsolicited callers, thank goodness 😀

I can believe it! Squirrels do, too. Only they run halfway across–just enough to have you slamming on your brakes–then turn around and run back to where they started from. Or sometimes just run in circles in the middle of the road because they can’t make up their mind which direction leads to safety and which leads to them becoming a little dab of roadkill that will later attract about fifteen turkey vultures. DOH.
