KDP Rocket review | From the blog of Nicholas C. Rossis, author of science fiction, the Pearseus epic fantasy series and children's booksA few years ago, I had posted about Dave Chesson, aka Kindlepreneur, and KDP Rocket β€” a tool that generates the best keywords for your Amazon books.

To understand the importance of keywords, check out Dave’s post on Kindle Keywords, or this one on Fiction Keyword Strategies.

While KDP Rocket is not free, Dave has also developed a host of other handful tools and tutorials, including a free AMS tutorial β€” the best I’ve watched so far on the subject: clear, all-encompassing, with a friendly tone and plenty of notes at the end.

  1. Marcia, you got me on the hook. I’ll check it out. I get so fed up with Amazon’s search results. Sometimes when I search my own book I get multiple pages of “sponsored” books that don’t have anything to do with my title. Maybe using their generator would help with that. Hugs.

    • I figure it couldn’t hurt. This one deals with book descriptions and how to make them stand out, but KDP Rocket will help you generate better, stronger keywords, so that’s one of my goals, too. And I have yet to hear a single complaint about Dave Chesson’s programs. I’m sure there might be some, somewhere, but I keep reading very good reviews and comments. I figure we don’t have much to lose by using these to up our game a bit, and as soon as I finish this WIP of mine, I’m going to spend some serious time doing just that. I’ll be launching both the 3rd novella, and a boxed set of all three, so it will give me some immediate practice. πŸ˜€ Hope you find it helpful! πŸ™‚

    • You’re welcome, Mae. I really like it, since there’s no guesswork as to whether or not what you’re doing will work like you want it to. Hope you find it useful, too. πŸ™‚ ❀

    • Your’e welcome, I have a folder I created on my desk top, Miriam, where I save the URL for posts I want to refer back to. I just drag and drop them right into the folder, easy-peasy. And when I get too many, I add sub-folders for each topic. πŸ™‚
