I got a kick out of the dog, Marcia, because my dog does this all the time. If we forget to push food back from the counter, we may as well kiss it goodbye.

Does that mean you have a great Dane, Pete? (I’ve always thought they were wonderful dogs, though we have dachshunds, who may not even know there are counters up there over their heads! 😀 ) Glad it made you smile! Oh, so do I, Norah! It’s my very favorite pie, but I DO like it best of all when there’s a LOT of whipped cream on top! 😀 (If you dug through mine, you’d find a much larger piece underneath! 😀 ) Glad you got a smile out of these. 🙂
