    • Oddly, Mary, I’ve had very few people tell me it was that scary. For one thing, I don’t do graphic violence. You might know what has happened to someone, but you don’t have to live through it with them. (Eeew, I can’t handle that, either). The central story is definitely a love story in this one. But everything is subjective, for sure. Maybe you can skip right to Finding Hunter. It will work as a stand-alone, though you won’t know the secondary characters as well at the start. There is a lot of drama in that one, but nothing scary at all. Honest. 😀 (You can only get away with ONE serial killer in a town the size of Riverbend, before you have to look for your drama elsewhere. 😀 )

I love your books, including Swamp Ghosts, which is what you seem to be referring to. I’ll assume the confusion is down to you being besotted by new granddaughter 🙂
