Love all of these, particularly the Ray Bradbury one – so easy to get hung up on your writing and not just get on with it!
BTW where are you finding these awesome header pics?

Glad you enjoyed them, and the header pics are from my enormous desktop wallpaper collection. They are all Assassin’s Creed images. (I’m so OCD about pretty or interesting images for and around my workspace. I just can’t help it. I collect images like Scrooge McDuck collected gold coins!) *snort*

When they are that fabulous, I totally understand!

I have every category you can imagine, with folders and subfolders. Book characters and covers, and movie themes, and every kind of animal, and Florida scenes, etc. It’s a HUGE file. And I enjoy swapping out my header every week or two with whatever I’m in the mood for. Lately, it’s been Assassin’s Creed, because they are such great fantasy images. They make me want to write books like YOURS! 😀 ❤

Wow, where do you find them? I have a small number but only what’s cropped up on the couple of photo sites I use.
And go on, take the plunge, more fantasy from you please 😉

I’m so glad you enjoyed them, Miriam. I have a folder just filled with them, and sometimes it gets difficult to tell if I’ve already shared them. These caught my eye today, so I took a chance on ’em.

Thank you, Darlene! I’m glad you enjoyed them. (And the reader one really speaks to me, too.) You have a great week as well! 🙂 ❤

I always remind myself of that Faulkner quote whenever I hit a slow patch with my writing.

It’s a great one, isn’t it, Robert? I like that one, too. And the Bradbury one, which is what gave me the courage to write my first book, even without any kind of classes or training at all–other than 70+ years of reading under my belt. Intuition seemed like a good friend to fall back on, as I learn the craft. Thanks for stopping by! 🙂
