For whatever reason, I can never reblog anything from Deb’s blog, but by golly, I’m a determined kinda gal, and I want to share her interview with Sarah Brentyn. So, doing this the old-fashioned way, via copy and paste. π
Sarah is a quaintly quirky and positively pithy sort of writer, and this is a great interview. Check it out, and then check out Sarah’s books! (Also, sharing is good, via whatever method will work for you.) Enjoy!

Thank you for being so determined! And for the amazing intro. π You’re awesome. (It’s possible I might use “quaintly quirky and positively pithy” in a bio somewhere…) π Thanks for sharing and have a great weekend.

I thought the phrases had an attractively alliterative sound to them, too. (See what I did there?) Have at ’em, if you like. π And you’re welcome. I really did love the interview. β€

Thanks for sharing Marsh. Love your determination. You and I thrive on challenge. Glad you found a way to reblog, even if it was the old copy and paste – whatever works LOL. Where’s your ‘press this’, by the way? But glad you enjoyed the post and went out of your way to share. π β€

Yes, I’m nothing if not determined, though I confess, I could do with fewer challenges right about now. π
As for Press This, it didn’t automatically set up with this theme, and I’ve never missed it, so I’ve never bothered with it. I don’t ever use the Reader, myself, so I guess I don’t even think about it. I like to take my time and visit each blog thoroughly, looking around at other things I may have missed. For me, the Reader is like a neighborhood bulletin board, when I want to go knocking on doors. π Of course, there’s always the chance I’m doing it wrong, but so far, it’s not my thing.

Aha, just like me. I think I’ve ever visited the reader twice! And as for Press This – alas, I only lost it today!!!! I knew WP.com lost it last few weeks, but now .org. I just found out when I tried to press a blog in draft. So I went to my blog>added a new post> went back to the other tab where the blog I wanted to grab was and did the old copy and paste over to the draft post. Yup, isn’t technology grand with WP, takes us backwards instead of forward π xx

I thought I was the only one left! I NEVER use the reader. I go from email to blog and read it through then comment. I seriously didn’t think anyone else did this anymore. It takes way more time (and I get to visit fewer blogs) but it’s worth it to really engage and read the entire post. “the Reader is like a neighborhood bulletin board…” Exactly how I feel.

Great minds and all of that! π I’m just glad visiting blogs one by one is still an option. I feel like I get to know the blogger better that way, myself, and that’s what I like most. It’s nice to know we aren’t alone in the wilderness, isn’t it? π

Thank you! (Flash is awesome, isn’t it?) And I hope, if you do get either book, that you enjoy it. π

It was too good NOT to share, wasn’t it, and worth being persistent for! I laughed a lot. Glad you enjoyed it, Norah! π

Sarah has just the kind of clever humor I enjoy most. It can sneak up on you, but it’s just quirky enough to really appeal to me. Glad you enjoyed it, too, Tina. I laughed throughout the interview, myself. π

Thanks, Marcia. π Glad I make you laugh. You know, being myself and not trying to be funny. (I think we’d do well having a glass of wine together.)

Laughing is GOOD. It keeps you younger, and certainly makes your day better, not to mention everyone’s day in your near vicinity! Yes, I can see us enjoying that wine, whilst you work hard at NOT being funny. That’d be pretty amusing in itself, I imagine:
“Look. There’s Sarah. Why’s she got that silly look on her face?”
“Oh, that’s just the way she looks when she’s trying hard not to be funny.”
Pause.
“Hahahahahahahahaha.”

It’s possible that silly look on my face is because I’ve had one too many glasses of wine and I’m giddy (and also have to pee). *shrugs* Or I’m trying hard not to be funny. Yes. Let’s go with yours. That’s much better for my image.

I suspect that depends entirely upon who you ask. Whom you ask? Whatever. Just ask, and I’ll bet you get WILDLY varying responses. π Happy Thanksgiving to you, too! π β€

‘Wildly’ is the key word. I’m sure everyone would use some variation of ‘wild’ in describing you π If I ever make it down to Florida again (and I might, since I have cousins there), I’m looking you up! Have a bottle of GewΓΌrztraminer or a six-pack of Yuengling on hand. I’ll bring a large of your favorite pizza and dessert π β€
